Talos Energy CEO Tim Duncan Steps Down; Mills to take Helm

Talos Energy said President and CEO Tim Duncan stepped down on Aug. 29 with Talos board member and Samson Resources CEO Joseph A. Mills to lead the company until a successor is found.
